Monarch butterflies are on their way back to Canada and a select few will be rocking a tiny microchip for the flight north. CBC’s Jorge Barrera went to the El Rosario butterfly sanctuary in Mexico to learn more about the project that scientists hope will unlock some mystery around the monarch’s migration.
