TORONTO -- Waste Connections, Inc. (TSX/NYSE: WCN) (“Waste Connections” or the “Company”) announced today that it plans to proceed, subject to market and other conditions, to offer senior notes (the “Notes”) in an underwritten public offering (the “Offering”).
