VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Venzee Technologies Inc. (TSXV: VENZ) (“Venzee” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that, further to its press release dated December 31, 2025, it has changed its name to JasperX Technologies Inc., which is expected to take effect on February 19, 2026, following the approval of the Company’s board of directors and the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (“TSXV”). In connection with the name change, the Company’s stock symbol on the TSXV will be changed to “JSPX”.
