(“Thunderbird” or the “Company”) (TSXV: TBRD) (OTCQX: THBRF), a global award-winning, full-service multiplatform production, distribution and rights management company, announces that the Supreme Court of British Columbia issued a final order today in connection with the previously announced plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) (the “Arrangement”) pursuant to which Blue Ant Media Corporation (“Blue Ant”) (TSX: BAMI) will acquire all of the outstanding shares in the capital of Thunderbird (the “Shares”). The final order was the final substantive court approval required prior to the closing of the Arrangement.
