NMG Secures Senior Project Debt for Phase-2 Matawinie Mine

MONTRÉAL -- Nouveau Monde Graphite Inc. (“NMG” or the “Company”) ( NYSE: NMG, TSX: NOU) has executed a commitment letter in respect of senior secured project debt to support the construction, development and commissioning of the Phase-2 Matawinie Mine, a major project of national interest as identified by the Government of Canada.
