Former B.C. RCMP officer gets 18 months probation for obstructing justice in Prince George

Prince George RCMP officer Arthur Dalman was found guilty of obstruction of justice following the 2017 death of Dale Culver, an Indigenous man who died in police custody. Dalman was not involved in the altercation but was found to have ordered a bystander to delete video taken at the scene of the arrest.
