Family says Ottawa homicide victim struggled, but had turned a page

The family of a 37-year-old man who was fatally stabbed in Ottawa's Carlington neighbourhood earlier this month says the victim, Andrew Dawson-Swan, had moved into his apartment building just weeks before his death and seemed to be afraid of someone there.
