Court victory for girls incarcerated at Vancouver-area 'house of horrors'

A class-action lawsuit certified in B.C. Supreme Court means girls who were incarcerated at the Industrial Home for Girls and Willingdon School for Girls between 1914 and 1973 can proceed with seeking compensation from Canada, B.C. and a doctor.
