2025 foodservice sales buffered by GST holiday as rising operating costs and tariffs cut into profits–Restaurants brace for more obstacles in 2026

Toronto, Feb. 12, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Low foodservice sales projections for 2025 were mitigated by the temporary GST/HST holiday on restaurant meals, coupled with strong domestic travel.
